Architecture with Grandeur

Designed in an industrial style and transposed into contemporary architecture with linear and modern elements, the building stands out with its compact volume, clear features, precise rhythm, oversized glass surfaces, accentuated structural profiles, and details in black metal. The refined blend of classic and contemporary elements creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. The entire facade is covered with clay brick tiles, completing the earthy and typical industrial look.

Location

Brick is situated in the northern area, near a rapidly expanding hub created by a mix of office and residential spaces, fostering an authentic, energetic, and positive lifestyle. In recent years, the area's rise has led to an exponential growth of amenities, including entertainment options like new shopping centers, fitness clubs, restaurants, relaxation spaces, bike lanes, and easy access to most private educational institutions.

Refined Design

The unified concept derived from the exterior of the building naturally continues inside, maintaining the same refinement in approach. Here, you'll find polished concrete surfaces, ample metallic elements, exposed installations, and the industrial character softened by a splendid natural oak floor.

Terraces and Living Spaces

Looking at the spacious rooms, flooded with light, you'll understand why artists have praised lofts as unique residential solutions full of character. Inspiration strikes instantly, regardless of profession or aspirations, and your life deserves to be treated as a work of art. For the free-spirited, the ceilings have been raised to over 6 meters in height, and for those full of life, huge windows have been installed. Facade and Windows

The facade is entirely clad with an antiqued brick from Feldhaus Klinker Germany, with a finish and color that will retain its qualities throughout the building's lifespan. Reynaers Hydden Vent curtain walls, a remarkable series with slimmer aluminum profiles than usual and equal width, ensure that the opening windows are not visible from the outside.

Entrance and Interior Doors

The entrance doors are armored, clad with 3D-milled panels, and the interior doors are FiloMuro with aluminum frames, both provided by Nusco Grup.

Ceilings

Suspended ceilings made of metal stretch panels from Hunter Douglas - Safety Loop.

Heating

The heating and domestic hot water system are centralized by Viessmann. Underfloor heating and individual thermal modules from Caleffi Italia are installed in each apartment, allowing personalized comfort settings.

Flooring and Sanitary Objects

The flooring is made of triple-layered oak with a barn-style design, imitating the appearance of wooden floors. The sanitary objects are in black color, in line with the industrial character. The selected suppliers are renowned Italian manufacturers recognized and awarded internationally: BRUMA, HIDRA, IRSAP, ARTCERAM, GLASS 1989.

• The sanitary objects accentuate the subdued yet elegant character of the space. Most of them are black ceramic, and the washbasin furniture is made of anticorrosive-treated metal structure.

• Underfloor heating and individual thermal modules from Caleffi Italia allow for personalized comfort settings.
• External surfaces have not even a visible square centimeter of paint; the facade is entirely covered with 230,400 individual clay tiles.
• The special dark brick color is the result of clay processing in Antwerp, Belgium, the only mine in Europe where this specific hue is obtained.
